IVA Clients

If it is agreed by you that an IVA is your preferred debt solution, We will refer your case to one of our panel of preferred Licensed Insolvency Practitioners.

Each Insolvency Practitioner will represent their own independent company and will be regulated by their own professional body, details of which will be provided on request.

The Insolvency Practitioner to which your case will be referred will be determined by your adviser. They will base their decision on their knowledge and understanding of your specific personal circumstances, whilst taking into account the suitability of the chosen Insolvency Practitioner, to ensure your IVA application has the maximum chance of success.

It is only after a successful outcome to your creditors meeting, where your IVA has been agreed, that My Financial Solutions will be remunerated by the Insolvency Practice for the work we have done in preparing your case and full details of this remuneration will be described in your IVA proposal.

Debt Management Clients

If it is agreed by you that your preferred debt solution is a Debt Management Plan, (DMP), We will refer your case to one of our panel of preferred Licensed Insolvency Practitioners.

Each Insolvency Practitioner will represent their own independent company and will be regulated by their own professional body, details of which will be provided on request.

The Insolvency Practitioner to which your case will be referred will be determined by your adviser. They will base their decision on their knowledge and understanding of your specific personal circumstances, whilst taking into account the suitability of the chosen Insolvency Practitioner, to ensure your DMP has the maximum chance of success.

Full details of the fees you will be expected to pay using a Debt Management Plan (DMP) will be explained by your particular DMP provider. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
