If you request a telephone consultation with us in order to help you determine the most appropriate debt solution available to you, you may be required to volunteer information about your personal circumstances which may include (but is not limited to) details of your accommodation status, your home address and employment.
You may also be required to provide information related to your financial circumstances, which may include (but is not limited to) the names of your creditors and any outstanding balances you owe them, details of your household income and outgoings and details of any assets and liability's you may have.
How do we use the information you provide
Web Forms and Email
We use the information you might provide through a web form or an email to help us provide you with the service you have requested.
For your protection, if, for whatever reason, we have not managed to make contact with you within 90 days of you submitting your web form, the information you have provided will be erased from our database.
We use the information you might provide during our telephone consultation to help us understand your over all circumstances to the necessary level sufficient for us to offer you personalised help and advice.
It is our intention to help you determine whether an IVA is a viable option for you and discuss with you how an IVA would compare with the alternative solutions, so you can make an informed decision on how best to move forward.
Information we collect about you
