Individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) questions might help debt-ridden Brits begin to get their finances in order if they're worried about what might happen if they lose their job in the future.
According to the recent Bupa How Are You Britain? report, UK workers who struggle to sleep at night are currently taking an extra three days sick leave compared to those who regularly get enough shut-eye.
The study found 27 per cent of people with jobs wake up feeling tired due to a lack of slumber caused by high levels of stress.
Commenting on the findings, Jessica Alexander of the Sleep Council said: "In times of worry and with so much negative news in the press on the economy and the future, people are worried about their security, their jobs and what's going to happen."
Questions on IVAs could, however, offer peace of mind to those who have racked up serious levels of debt but want to get out of the red so they can prepare for any unexpected emergencies that crop up - such as a redundancy.
The measure is only available for those in full-time employment, but it could have you completely debt-free after around five years.
