Big spenders may be in need of IVA FAQs

Monday 30th of August 2010

Individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) FAQs might offer assistance to Brits who can't seem to rein in their spending.

According to the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), high street sales volumes increased this month compared to August last year, marking the second successive year-on-year rise.

Figures from the organisation also show the three-monthly moving average of sales volumes was up 21 per cent - the strongest figure for over three years.

IVA FAQs, however, may become increasingly popular among Britons who continue to spend big in the shops despite having to deal with serious levels of debt.

The method of insolvency is available for those who are employed and owe over £15,000 to three or more unsecured lenders.

And you could find you're able to completely remove the burden of debt hanging over your head and discover there is a way to bring your uncontrollable spending habit and money troubles to a halt.

Lai Wah Co, CBI head of economic analysis, says: "Better sales growth continued on the high street in early August, and retailers are upbeat about prospects in the coming three months."
