IVA : Credit Cards ‘Obtained Too Easily’

The website claims that 89% of cards issued in 2006 were issued without the applicant having to provide proof of their income. A spokesperson for the credit card companies said that credit companies checked applicants recent credit history, and they had turned down 33% of all requests for new cards.
